Music similar to...

Hey, any suggestions for music similar to Houkago Tea Time from K-On!!, or Girls Dead Monster from Angel Beats!? I also really like Aki Toyosaki's solo albums, and I like that ending song from Bakuman called "Genjitsu to Iu Na no Kaibutsu to Tatakau Monotachi" well that's just a bit of my taste, sweet right?

Why don't you watch Beck. It a story about a band, has a great soundtrack, and the story is amazing. I don't know if this fits your requirements but this is what I can think of based on what I've read,

If you're looking for music why don't you listen to sounds composed by Yuki Kaijura. She did plenty of amazing anime soundtracks ie Puella Magi Madoka Magica being a prime example.

Music I have for certain series/artists might interest you. While they're not guaranteed to be "in your face" similar, there are elements that can be linked to the groups you listed. So I'll just link you a bunch of stuff you might like and leave out anything that's far off, plus some extras you might like. Sorry for short versions and quality for some. For each series, I'll only post up to five songs, but if you like them I highly recommend checking the rest of its soundtrack out; I'm intentionally leaving a lot out.:heh:

Spoiler for Music Explosion:

Hopefully that's enough to keep you busy.:heh:

I think music from Idolm@ster should suit since the style is similar to K-ON.
