Profile Page Customization

In FAQ it says...

Profile Page Customization

How do I customize my profile page?

You may be able to edit the design and styling of your public profile page (if this is enabled by the board administrator) via the 'Customize Profile' section within the User CP. You can adjust the color scheme, fonts, borders and layout of elements on the page.

You can also use images as background for various sections of you profile. First you will need to upload the background images to an album you have created (?). Background images can be sourced only from albums defined as public, or 'profile' type. Images in private albums cannot be used.
But when I go to link which was provided there under 'Customize Profile'. The link doesn't work. It says...

milan kyuubi, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Was this feature removed and that's why it's not working anymore, or something else? I know this (if this is enabled by the board administrator) is written there. So it's maybe this. But it's weird to me that if this wasn't enabled in the first place, why is there rules about it in the FAQ? (Also the 'Customize Profile' option doesn't exist in User CP.) Are those rules in FAQ there by default of vBulletin?

Thanks! :)

Yeah, that was in the FAQ are part of vBulletin by default. I don't think we've enabled the options to customize your profile (because, IIRC, we were concerned about the potential for people to make really gaudy profile pages, and would rather some uniformity). So in this case, the FAQ entry does not apply. I suppose we should see if we should remove it entirely.
