Announced by Toonami today.
FLCL is getting Season 2 and 3 by Production I.G. to be split into two cours. (for 12 episodes in total)

The first series' original character designer Yoshiyuki Sadamoto will return to design the characters for the sequel.

I don't want to put my expectations so high, but that single clip hyped me as fuck. Man the Pillows... so many memories.

The girl with the cat-headphones, her design is so bland and out of place for FLCL.

This was better than Alternative on so many ways, my only complaint is the animation, I can't really point out what's wrong but there is something weird with it, on the fights in particular.
