Well this is a pretty good combination of "kind of dumb" and "kind of great." It goes all over the place really. With the head of staff actually being a pretty good guy. Obviously has his limits and is still evil, but a pretty good handle on his work force.
My condolences to Wolf. Poor guy got a body swap at the last minute to abuse of authority. Although I suppose if the leader of that organization wasn't an idiot then they might actually manage to take over the world...or at least some of it. With the amount of super hero teams in action right now they aren't exactly equipped to ever accomplish their mission. Also kind of cute that the main hero of this region has a crush on the MC. Could probably get the job done without even needing to create monsters if she played her cards right (and they knew the identity of their opponent). This won't be amazing. But it should be silly fun. |
"Silly fun" is a good description. Don't know if I'll make it to the end but worth another episode.
|
Just saw episode 1 and I had fun with it. A comedy focusing on the kaijin department of an evil organization is kinda fresh. The MC being a middle-manager, a silly loli being the organization leader and a general who is actually reasonable makes a fun watch.
And the Kamen Rider-expy has feelings for the kaijin middle-manager is pretty amusing. I'll see what they do next. |
I worked for 9 years in the kitchen appliance industry, and have now worked more than 18 years in the water heating industry, mostly in Quality Assurance but also some time in product development. In that light, my professional take on this show is:
Nobody told me it was going to be a documentary. :eyebrow: |
Just saw episode 2 and it's just too funny that I won't bother to describe anything. Just watch the episode yourself if you're a fan of Tokusatsu (especially Kamen Rider). But I just wanna say that Megistus is such a responsible superior. And this evil organization actually hate the act of terrorism on innocent civilians :D
And the production process of Cannon Thunderbird was also pretty relatable that it hits closer to home. I might want to root for this "evil organization" ;). Also, that post-credit scene is just hilarious. |
kenshin blade is so evil, how could he beat cannon just like that, so merciless. They needed to show him a video of the hard work they did.
megistus is the kind boss that you want to have. |
Nice satire of companies and sentai shows, gag-a-minute humour and simple, appealing characters. Nice that there are some good series.

Looks like no episode 3 this week. Something about ep2 not being broadcasted somewhere because of the tsunami warning, so they broadcasted ep2 this week and will do ep3 next...
|
'o'
Horie Yui and Tamura Yukari in episode 3! But actually Cannon-kun steals the show in this episode. |
Spoiler for ep3:
|
Didn't expect magical girls to be part of the setting, guess it expands the tokusatsu jokes a bit. This looks like the proper ending, too bad its just reused animation, I liked last week's ending song more (but it was only meant as a parody opening for if this was a normal hero show).
I wonder if Blader had to face those kinds of attacks from Cannon but it doesn't matter, saving your colleague is much more important. The first episode I wasn't sure, but Kenji just doesn't recognize Kuroitsu when she's on the job (no glasses and personality shift). Too bad for her that she just ended up encouraging Blader. |
Apparently, the guest narrator for this episode is Ryousuke Kaizu who was Mask Red from Hikari Sentai Maskman:

#3 Best episode by far, very entertaining.
I like how all the hyrda head have different personality's. Can't wait to see her complete form with the 8 Hydra heads. |
^_^ Immortal Camula... that face after finding out that one got tricked.
I am looking forward to how it pans out, will there be a war between organisations!?! |
I kind of feel like the boss wiping out that minion was fairly justified. Not like that guy was particularly concerned about starting an organizational dispute. The head honcho just ended the conflict :heh:.
|
Just watched the latest episode. Kuroitsu & wolfgirl are doing epic journeys just to get Stamos from their superiors is just hilarious. It's also really funny when the "sexual harasser"-superior turns out to be conducting some type of massage to freshen the body of his female "victims". He really should just be upfront about it :heh:.
Also, the Professor is actually handsome?! He even get some reaction from wolfie (who is male inside :heh:). And the Professor was visited by an old friend from rival evil organization Black Rock which Agastia butchered their kaijin last week :heh:. Last but not least, the guest narrator in this episode is Akira Senou, the Metalder himself: https://i0.wp.com/cultfaction.com/wp...90%2C590&ssl=1 |
There are so many lolis in this anime, I think Wolf-kun actually has the biggest boobs in the cast :heh:
