Something Really Weird.

something really weird has happened.
im not having trouble with bittorrent downloads but direct downloads.
in bittorrent i could get somewhat high, like over 100kb.
but in direct download (as in download from site) i get less than 50kb.
and i used to get 356kb.
did anyone had this problem before?
bittorrent is fine but direct download isnt.
at first i though something wrong with the ISP but bittorrent's working fine.
btw my connection is Cable. broadband.

Are you running BT with your regular downloads? Are your BT downloads taking up all your Bandwidth?

nope.
and evem though i run about 5 direct download and 4 bittorrent downloads, it never slowed down before
