Generation of Chaos III Music

Who sings the opening or the ending? The op almost sounds like See-Saw, but I think I'm wrong.
From the credits, the opening is "Wing" and the ending is "Discover," but we haven't started working on kanji in my Japanese class yet (because the class hasn't started (because I'm not taking one until next year (because USC sucks.)))

For a semi-review (to make myself feel better than just asking a question) the opening and ending are lovely, but the interim music leaves a bit to be desired. It almost sounds like they just took the synthesized music one would find in the game (which the anime is based around) and just threw it in to save money.
That being said, it is almost sickeningly specific to various characters and events, leaving much to be desired in the way of variation and technique (it does sound synthesized, I swear.)

Thanks for your help all!

I thought ending wasn't nearly as good as the opening. The opening track "Wing" is done by a girl named "Sae". That is...if the GOC3 anime song is the same as the game:
