re-downloading questions
Hi i'm new to downloading ... downloaded my first anime two days ago and i'm blur about some of the things that are going on.

I've read forums about bt and learned that it's ethical to upload as much as i download (I think.... Is it enough?) also, having tasted the fustration of not being able to finish a down load and (correct me if i'm wrong) learning that it is possible to finish a download without seed as long as someone got the full file and help by re-downloading... so trying to be civic-minded, i reloaded my file ...
then through the re-loading, the connection was accidentally broken off. Now i realise to my horror that my file is gone and i'm stuck in the down loadin cause there is still no seed!!!!

What i want to know is when i'm re-loading am i like having to start all over?? Meaning if i cut the connection half-way, i will no longer have the full file???

Can anyone please answer please

From animesukis own faq.

Q: Can I resume?
A: Yes. Just save to the same location as last time. BitTorrent will check the file and continue downloading.

What i mean is that initially i had the full file and by reloading i can't access the file anymore...
does that mean that in future if i wanna help, i should save two files and downlaod to one of them so that i can still access the other copy of the file while one is still down loading?? (havent even watched that espisode yet so now left hanging <'~'> sob...

Did you delete your finished file? When yes, its gone..
Otherwise you can still help as a seed while watching the episode.
Just point the 'download to..' window to your existing file.

You don't need to download a file again to help. You'll see the
normal download window but it will only seed the file, which is nice :p
