Fix URL for Seichi Fansubs' BT page

Hi, its been brought to my attention that the link to the Seichi Fansubs BT page is incorrectly stored as:

http://d0x.dyndns.org/bt/?view=all

The correct URL is:

http://bt.webhop.org/seichi/

Please update your database, Arigato in advance ^^

Test results:

work pc -> DEAD
home pc -> DEAD
update server -> DEAD
dnsstuff.com ping -> DEAD

...changing that link doesn't seem like a good idea...
