Animesuki Forum and Safari

I know that everything isn't going to work in every browser or on every platform, but I think it's important that at least mac users should be somewhat considered. This might have to be taken up with like the people who created VBulletin, though VBulletin is the only forum that has given me any trouble in Safari.

Here are a few things:

1. Spoilers do not work on macs in general due to the way the mac uses it's highlighting features which are really different from the PC. The PC changes the colors of the text, but the Mac keeps it the same making it near impossible to read.

2. When I log in and try to post, specifically, in the Fan Art section, it keeps telling me to log in again. I am constantly asked to log in multiple times. When I give up and go back it seems that I have generally logged in, because I am able to make this post right here and right now.

I don't know if there's anything that can be done about it, but I thought that I should at least say something.

the spoiler tag highlight doesn't work on opera 6x as well.

and firebird exists for macos :D

Try another browser like Firebird ( http://www.mozilla.org/products/firebird ).

Once final comes out it might get fixed.

If Safari supports blocking cookies: Make sure you allow them for the forums. vB has some really weird behaviour if you don't: it seems to work fine most of the time, but as you described you have to relogin "every now and then".

If you chose to run Mozilla 1.6 as some members suggested make sure that you "Enable all cookies" in the options. You might have some weird results otherwise.

MacOS system requirements.

For reading the spoilers, if you go into system preferences, then into the general preferences you can change the highlight color
