BUMP!

Oh, I remember this title back in the days. Was full of crack but strangely an addictive title. Requires much suspension of disbelief - ultimately, people are just there for the boys love romp. :heh:

Dammit, they change the seiyuu from the Drama CD lol :heh: But eh, Hatano Wataru~~~~ <33333 -is such a sap for Hatano, okay I'm a bit miffed that Hirakawa got changed but Hatano... *forgives*- On a personal note I kind of happy that Shimono Hiro get to voice OVA Norio than Suzuki Chihiro back. Though not happy with Koyappe change to Sugita (even though I love Sugita too and sure he can do it :P).

Seiyuu (from OVA shot):

Tsuburuya Norio: Shimono Hiro
Madarame Kunimasa: Kawahara Yoshihisa
Madarame Yonekuni: Sugita Tomokazu
Fujiwara Shiro: Hatano Wataru (<3)

(YEAH FOR THOSE WHO CARE ANYWAY HAHA! Though I admit I laughed my stomach hard in the Drama CD lol EPIC Koyasu scream is epic.)

Be-Boy is cover to cover hardcore shota. The "plot" here is an excuse to put kemonomimi, paws, and tails on the boys.

I don't remember any shota in Sex Pistols. Admittedly, it's been a while since I've read the manga, but if I remember correctly, all of the major characters are of legal age.

looks interesting anime! :D

It's the total opposite; Be x Boy covers all stories with guys that are legal in age. In fact, a majority of the men are in their early twenties.

Sex Pistols is famous for its crack and dysfunctional hierarchy in the evolution system. The plot is somewhat mingled in with the character relationships, and the pairing this series is focusing on has its share of turmoil and unrequited love. It has a good story, better than most BL stories out there.

And yes, the guys are of legal age. Half the pairings are in high school, the other half are in the working field. There's also a sweet (but kinda s+m) yuri pairing in the family, but I'm not sure if they would appear.

Well that's all, my BL days are pretty much over since a while ago, but this is one of the very few titles that I could actually remember quite easily.

Ummm... Yes? I swore Be x Boy shota series are actually very little from my experience with them more than 3 years ago (and well I did read BIBLOS', but not much with less connection back then).

Other Kotobuki Tarako works though, does. Oh and hardcore. D=

Are their birth certificates on file?
EDIT: Just rechecked my research. This magazine (not necessarily this particular story) is full of 5 year olds with dog collars and red ribbons and 10 year olds in maid outfits.

Have a look at their publications and let me know how you came across that conclusion.

Which magazine or publishing company are you talking about? :eyebrow: Really, something is bugging me about 5 years old with collars and 10 years oldies in meido outfits. And God knows how much I actually rage if I see those.

Again, did you confuse the author and the magazine publication?

drobertbaker 2009-08-25 12:40

Here's a relatively tame sample back cover to give you a hint of content:
<image deleted>
The front cover bears the BIBLOS imprint.

I can't put that up here. Anyway the magazine is called BE-BOY, the imprint is BIBLOS and the content is as I've described and more.

You guys enjoy yourselves. I'm out of here.

I'm not exactly happy with the cast change, I thought the old one was magnificent, but the PV really seems nice...can't wait to watch Yone and Iinchou in action ^^.

The Biblos imprint went bankrupt some years ago, for your information: I'm also stupefied you called Sex Pistols a shota; it isn't, simply put, but I guess you didn't care to gather some actual information about the manga before writing ^^''.

I didn't call Sex Pistols a shota. I shared what I had seen of BE-BOY.

But I think I found the problem.

The material I was referencing was dated 2000. This BIBLIOS company publishing the shota material in BE-BOY magazine did indeed go bankrupt in 2004 and I suspect it has been reborn now publishing slightly more reputable material under the same magazine name.

Same company. Same magazine. Different material. Who would have guessed?

pookystick 2009-10-24 03:52

Wow argument over BIBLIOS.

DVD Release date!

Limited/Normal Edition vol.1:2010.3.26

Limited/Normal Edition vol.2:2010.6.25

Sex Pistols release date is on the same timeline as Ai no Kusabi. I haven't heard the date of the other two yaoi series but I think they're all coming out in 2010! ;A;

The year of the yaoi?

I can feel some boys starting to crack. Is it my imagination?
