What a scare message. Where's that, from a browser? Or some rogue program? If that's indeed real, give us a full-screen screenshot.

It most likely be a scare message from a browser. If you are using Firefox, install the noscript extension to prevent rogue scripts from running. Also, do what is suggested before.
