Oh, it just came to me, but I don't think Nerval is a bad guy. He never really gave off that impression at all. He's just ... I dunno, misguided? Actually more like he's still trying to learn and understand things.

Nami... is... an... awesome villain!

Oh yeah, Kazane... someone put her down for me plz!

Well, a person can be misguided. But when a ruling power is misguided, these are what you get.
I am pretty sure
"I want to understand you. Can I put you in a box?"
sounds worse than
"I want to protect you from pr0n. Can I install some shady software on your computer?"

Since this is anime, I understand they don't want to paint a black or white character(Well, I just realized Akiha is actually a black and white character:uhoh:). But I keep rolling my eyes when they execute that.

She is actually the only rational and pragmatic person in the whole show. Though she could do more persuading rather than using force.

Nerval is not really misguided, he is putting people into boxes to prevent a repeat of the earth disaster. Everything he is doing is for the greater good of ALL the human.

This still doesn't mean that Nerval have become a good guy just because he is under attack by someone now just as crazy. That won't happen until he free the people that he have brainwashed in the boxes.

So, there is only 2 episode left....I wonder how Sunrise going to wrapped the whole things...

I think it won't have a good or decent epilogue for this series...probably everything will be so rushed.

Not as rushed as it seems like Eden of The East could potentially be. Any specific reason why you don't think it will have a good finale though?

To finish the story :

- kagura backstory ie what has truly happened 50 years ago
- Formating Nerval
- Leopard going back to his old self
- Akiha using her power
- Nami becoming a "good" girl
- Tsutsuji outsmarting Kazane and becoming the leader of the Shishido foundation
- Itsuki parents (alive/dead)
- Honoka death/survival

And when the series will be finished we won't know what is "a girl who leapt through space" :heh:

Sora Kake is done by the crew who has done HiME/Otome so we will probable have a 2 minutes epilogues at the end of episode 26 ;)

Yeah, but I've never been terribly worried about the plot of this show to begin with. It has that old timey game feel of an excuse to get awesome stuff happening on screen.

So now we know why Leopard was dismantled 50 years ago. Being "complete and fully functional" makes him has illusions of grandeur. And his swords being "cursed" doesn't help any.
