Luck Stealer

This series is about a man named Kurusu who can steal a person's luck just by touching them. Using his power he works as an assassin by stealing luck from people who do evil things without being reprimended. Without luck, "coincidence" will instantly kill, or in rare cases give major injuries to, those people à la Final Destination. As to why the guy needs all that luck...

According to Baka-updates, it's still ongoing with seven volumes so far and chapter 15 is in the middle of volume 4.

I think the reason Kafriel is that it's a little rough on the edges. The idea is solid but the execution, in particularly his daughter, is a little shaky. Since the series seems to be all about little Karin, I think some people just got turned off.
