how to put it well I expect that they would skip the explanation on how the magic works and the pace is how to put it fast... or slow. I think it's normal but so many things happen on the small amount of time. The transition of the fight is great as always and the Roman Catholic battle nuns finally made their move. The truth is finally revealed and Orsola was taken by the roman catholics.
I'm starting to get irritated on the bite scene. And the animation on this episode.... how to put it. Touma looks more like a pretty boy than your average boy. To much detail on him? some are skip on the scenes that are making you ask questions but all in all I like it. And good thing I already read the vol 7 so I wouldn't be to stuck on what happen. Uragami the girl that attack touma. Even though She attack touma. Touma still protect her from the fall. His really kind to women or should I say to the delicate one ;D.

girl point of view? but I rarely or rather I haven't seen a fan girl of touma yet. Accelerator had a lots and one of the member here is a living proof of it.

Nice move when putting the cross. and it looks like it tires Touma just putting the cross on Orsola. And poor Touma he ended up as decoys but no problem he still got a girl. Now the girl hair color is purple and the next episode girl hair color is also purple. I think the anime is a making a connection here :D
Though the name is still different. I wonder why they introduce her this early.... even though they are different girls.......
From my POV Touma is already kissing Orsola

- I mean, depending if is a girl or an enemy, automatically Touma will be GAR or HOT :heh:.
- Yeah, too close, it was almost a kiss.
- Next episode preview shows some screen time of said girl, I guess the director wants us to get used to see her.
.... Lucia, the girl was very creeped when Touma touched her, but still her faces were both, scary and enjoyable :heh:.

Reminds me of higurashi type of faces. Scary creepy girls. it would ruin their beauty. And sister angelene is really cute :D ubber cute :D way cuter than annoying index XD. The next episode show that they aren't in the cathedral but like a park I wonder how that would be shown.
Touma in the prince state. I bet it would turn into pretty boy again.....

Since Mikoto isn`t in this arc, maybe they wanted to put in her point of view of him? :heh: But no really, is it me or he really did get a lot of detail in this episode... Although he is the main hero, just let him be more ideal than he really should look like :rolleyes:

but he should be consider your average guy and not some pretty boy. If you describe him. He shouldn't be such a charming guy. But the animation on this episode plus the ending really makes him into a pretty boy type of guy.

Well, that`s true, the ending is extreme. Definitely not the Touma from first season. The only explanation I can think of is that maybe you don`t see many fangirls here (but hey, he`s actually one of my fave characters and I`m a girl) but it`s another matter in Japan, maybe. Well whatever the reason, I have to agree that it`s not Touma`s image, and it would do him justice if they don`t continue this through the whole second season

The design on episode 1 is actually fine but as the episode goes. I can spot slight difference on touma and even on index but annoying index doesn't care me much.
Well I just don't like the to much detail or how to put it pretty boy detail of Touma.
And I rarely talk to a girl -_- from experience on how the fans. Touma did win an award before for being a famous guy but mostly the votes probably doesn't comes from the girl -_- or I'm mistaken their.

seeing the other nuns in action and also the amakusa should be the spot light of the episode but I was just taken back at the beginning of the episode when Index, Touma and Styl are having a conversation. Index's animation just looks off and Touma looks too much -_- styl is styl.
The battle between Tatemiya and Touma with Styl sure is fast. When I'm reading it. It kinda feels longer maybe because Index explains what's happening and how can Tatemiya move like that.
But still Index is annoying when she's trying to stop Touma. She would just get in the way their. It's not like she can stop the Flamberge of Tatemiya.
She should really give credit to Touma and stop treating him some amateur even Styl acknowledge Touma. And Index begin close to him should too even if she wants to protect Touma. It's happening oppositely. She's becoming annoying. It could be alright if Touma's ability can be use in wide range or aura that he could protect the others while being concentrated on the opponent but he can't because it's only his right hand had the imagine breaker.
Now imagine an opponent which is ubber hax that can kill a wide area. Touma could survive an attack but if his with somebody then Touma needs to protect him/her too.

I think it had a picture like that in the Picture Sub-Forum with Touma is plain, average, unlucky dude to super special GARness with a Twilight look to him (Biribiri POV), but Tomua doesnt look like a pretty boy like Accel and others, just let his fist do the talking.

that why I was kinda irritated on the animation of Touma. Touma should just let his fist do the talk and not his looks. Though Gar look is great but pretty boy look is a no no nooooo

I didn`t even notice Index`s animation, for me she`s just there as an annoying biting attachment, well at times a helpful advisor...
Again, cutting long talks is no surprise, it`s okay in novel, but I think it would actually ruin the scene in anime, I mean putting Index explaining stuff into a fast-paced action scene, that just doesn`t work here.
And am I the only one who`s actually loving Lucia`s creepy psycho looks? That girl really caught my eye in the novel, bad thing she and Angelene don`t get that much screentime. Well, no use in complaining, side characters are side characters.

Well, that oil she got into her eyes contained grease used for machinery, so it must have been very uncomfortable at the least since I don't know how it actually feels like or if it burns.
Plus before the 'slam', she screamed providing a perfect opening due to letting out air. See what I mean with below's novel comparison, though I'm not sure how accurate the info itself actually is:
