Just right click on Haali Media Splitter or DirectVobSub icon in the system tray and choose the audio. Er... which fansub do you have anyway ? I have no idea if fansubs other than yu have dual audio...

Didn't really expect this show to be good so i'm quite surprised. Even more surprised to know that Haruhi is voiced by Maaya Sakamoto. I've never read the manga though.
