I think the problem with comparing the Sannin is that they all have differant strengths, and weve only seen them fight at full potential at least once (Oro vs the Third Hokage, Jiraiya vs Pein,etc). ...

I voted Starrk, but Grimm,and Barragan are also some of my favorites. I just find Starrk to be really unique, both in personality and ability-wise for an esapda. Plus, I like wolve's!
