Well the problem is that she is able to see memories because she is blind. Anyways they could have shown the mindflash atleast once before the finale. Code Geass did a horrible job with characters...

I fully agree, I mean atleast the lie detector idea is based in fiction. If you are going to break your own rules, provide some evidence of it before the end of the series and not half asses clues.
