You should re-read the definition then. We knew nothing about the genese of the CS so Kishimoto could come up with anything for its origin without any need for retcon.

Of course Sasuke is more present than secondary (if that) characters like Kabuto and worse Zetsu. It's particulary normal in an arc focused on Sasuke to begin with.

I really don't get why some people are surprised with the way Sasuke took care of the unknown CS2 prisoner. This is only the 7th chapter of this arc, Sasuke will probably not have a real fight before...

No you misunderstand. It's not that the fight wasn't shown, there was no real fight to begin with. Sasuke defeated the guy in a split second.
He just walked through him like a bug.
