I'm not sure you can consider KN winning. Orochimaru has pretty much shrugged off each attack thrown at him. Until I see Orochimaru coughing up blood he seems to be merely playing with Naruto so far....

This was a nice chapter, the Kabuto revelation wasn't too out there, but it is nice to see him and Orochimaru again. Now just to ponder if Kabuto really is a valid spy, or if this is a triple cross...
