I agree with you, that's why I don't understand a complaint about lack of character developement during a specific arc of the series. This show has none at all anyway.

Yeah, you're right. I just watched episodes 120-121, trying to catch up. Doubles 1 was way better in the manga. They left out a ton of stuff. Dissapointing. They changed the "one shot, one kill"...

I thought the Jyousei Shounan characters were pretty cool though, so it wasn't bad filler, at least IMO. Their #1 singles guy has that cool serve where he winds up, and who can forget "CHANGE OVER"...

I think it's so ridiculous how they make these people out to be junior high students. Even Echizen who looks the youngest could pass for a freshman in high school.

But regardless I still love this...
