haha..they are NOT 7 episodes but 7 SEASONS..which means there should be 100++ episodes..haha..7 episodes is definitely TOO short..and by reading the manga i think it has already taken up more than 7...

anyway OVA mainly features seigaku going on with the nationals tournament..not that random though as it is following the plot on manga...however it would not be aired but will be out in dvd or vcd...
