plz POST up some Photoshp tutorials (avatar, banner making etc)

currently using PS 6.0 (i can upgrade it)

-total newb at photoshop but i really want to learn how to make those awesome avatars, banners etc

-and maybe if i get good at it, i wanna try CG anime...
