You could fix up that light below the render. Its color doesn't match the scheme of the background. Also don't worry about not having animated sigs.. I prefer static sigs because it leaves you room...

Haha if you look REALLY closely, there is actually a skinny line indicating a syringe (needle). I guess you can't really see it because i lightly erased it by accident while blending o__O
