Buying more RAM for the laptop would be an option, but it's really expensive now-a-days. I'll try to look up some Vista methods to speed and smooth it up.

My laptop came with Windows Vista installed, and it doesn't have enough memory to operate it perfectly (got 1GB of RAM).
Should I replace Vista with Windows XP?
