Are there any repercussions for postponing the plaza quests that come in Ch3 of NG+ to a later chapter? The first two I managed to do, through elemental weaknesses and such, but the giant in Yuidora...

Are the three extra story bonus characters any good? Lily seems way too weak for now, though she can use a lot of weapons. Leguna's good enough caster I guess, though I already have Emelita for that....
