I left after the redesign when it was impossible to level up anybody because there were no good leveling spots.

Did they ever fix that?

The obvious assumption is that she'll have crap stats and high fuel efficiency, similar to the Unryuu class.

A highly fuel-efficient BB with low firepower stat would be amazing for 3-2-1...

Try upping your LOS like Kakurin said. If that doesn't work, are you using a low-speed CVL? I failed a bunch of times because of that.
