I think his downfall will involve the remnants of the previous hosts that Oro mentioned survive within him. Maybe Jiraiya has been working on a jutsu that awakens the remnants and paralyzes Oro.

Should have finished the thread before I made this post. One minor quibble. A steradian doesn't have to be a conic opening, it can be any type of opening as long as the opening preserves the area...
