I'd say this kind of numbers are quite expected in this case, since Fractale is region-locked to NA-only. Viewcounts about shows available widely on CR would be a lot more interesting to see.

I think you need a more capable TrueHD decoder to extract the full lossless track out of it, not just the 640kbps core. In case you don't have a decoder like that, you shouldn't re-encode the 640kbps...
