Have to agree about the rushing. Obviously, squishing a whole novel into two episodes means lots of stuff has to be missed out.

I think the Kanako story doesn't fit with the school festival stuff....

they're pretty different, in the way that SP is more dramatic and has more fanservice (which i like), and Marimite has more story and developing relationships (which i also like!)....
