Well, there are already videos up of people No miss - No bombing Lunatic for every stage (with the exception of 4A, since it's not accessible to anyone atm), so a perfect game is certainly possible....

Helpful, but not required. There are plenty of spots where planned bombing will certainly be good, though.

Also, Hard 1CC and Extra Cleared. Now just to wait on ZUN to patch the game as it crashes...
