If you wonder why timing has gone bad in latest Aegisub, the reason is actually intentional....

Ok problem solved and discovered, It seems that avisynth r2 alpha directshowsource do not work in vista.

Workaraund is to use 2.5.6a with vista. Now everything works.

Nice 1.10 seems to have a lot features fixed, what were holding fast timing down. Espeacially I like that save more than 1 line with same start and end markers.

You can do that already in it, just make multiple effects for one style.

And you can use those like this: start time: s+20 :) and endtime: e-20 etc then make new effect and use start: e-20 end: e
