Or it could be "Every night before going to sleep (someone) enters (something)." Lack of context makes it ambiguous. It could be 前には いる, or 前に はいる.

Well since you rated Air and Kanon (2006) highly I'd recommend picking Clannad back up unless you hate it for some reason. I just finished it and thoroughly enjoyed it.
