Simply mark 29.97fps sections as 'NoDecimate', so they wont get decimated and - guess what - remain 29.97fps. Yatta saves the timecodes file along with the override files.

Won't tdecimate mode=6 after a dedup pass go haywire? It does expect an (undecimated) 120fps stream afaik. At the very least the mkvOut timecodes should be way off, tdec doesn't have an input option...
