Quick Recap: In volume 11, Saito and Louise was summoned back to the La Valliere house to be punished by her crazy mom for their brash actions in Gallia (saving Tabitha). During their stay at Louise's home, Saito's feeling of homesickness was brought out by Kattleya, and for the first time, we are made aware of Saito's conflicting feelings: why is Saito so intent on "staying and finishing his job" in Halkegenia if he misses his home so much?
Later, the whole gang arrived in Westwood, Albion to meet Tiffania and to bring her back to Tristan. At Westwood, Louise confronted Saito about his feelings out of fear that his feelings for her and his sense of duty are all effects from the servant contract. In the end, Saito agreed to let Tiffania use her void power of "forget" to "erase" the part of the Gandalfr contract that provided Saito with the "motive" of his behaviours. Saito lose consciousness after the spell.
Afraid of knowing the results, Louise and the rest of the gang left the sleeping Saito behind with Tabitha while they went ahead on the return trip with Tiffania in tow. During the trip, Louise once again encountered the mysterious Mioznitnirn and her new toy: A super golem called Jormangand, which is almost invincible to magic.
Meanwhile, Saito awakes and senses his master in distress. After the Gandalfr's "motive" was dispelled from Saito, he felt more clear-headed than ever before, and was able to be honest with his own feelings: he really hates that selfish, proud, and stupid master of his... but his heart just can't help but race whenever he thinks about her... Saito and Tabitha then raced to the battle just in time to save Louise and the gang.

Ok, so for volume 12...
- Tiffania was "transferred" into the magic academy through Henrietta's power. There, she was treated like a celebrity for her beauty and her revolutionary chest.

While her identity as a half-elf was hidden.
- As many female students began to admire Saito publicly even though he did nothing on his part to "win their heart", Saito, in another one of his numbhead misunderstandings, thought that Louise (and indeed, girls) was like a cat who craved attention, and believed that by ignoring Louise, she would come to him on her own like a needy kitten.
- Louise, on the other hand, was waiting for Saito to come to her after she practically offered herself to him during the trip back from Albion (but she said "no" as in "no, I don't want to do it in a boat, wait until we get back", while Saito did his Saito-style logic and misunderstood the "no" as in "no, because I don't love you enough")
- As a result, Louise becomes annoyed at Saito for ignoring her, while Saito is all pumped up about his brilliant strategy to tame Louise.
- A while later, female students who are "unhappy" about Tiffania's popularity began to pick on her. The leader of the group is Beatrice, the daughter of a powerful noble family which owns a dukedom within Tristan. Beatrice's bullying continued until Saito arrived to help, who was once again shocked at the power of class in Halkegegina. Beatrice relented, but not before throwing a stern warning at Tiffania to watch herself.
- Unfortunately, Tiffania's head cover was taken from her the next day, which revealed her elf ears. At that point, the bullying escalated into open hostility against Tiffania. The conflict expanded into the courtyard, where it resulted in an all-out fight between Saito's Undine Knights and Beatrice's personal knight brigade. The fight eventually winded down to a physical fight as both sides ran out of magic power. A big brawl ensued.
- Louise was awakened by the fuss, sleepy and still pissed about Saito, she walked out into the courtyard in her pajama and blew everyone up with her "explosion". She then confronted Beatrice and talked her down (the La Valliere family is the most powerful noble family next to the royal family). The event ended with Tiffania offering her friendship to Beatrice and everyone else.
- In the infirmary after the fight, Tiffania asked Saito to "check" her chest, because after seeing the chests of other female students, she was convinced there might be something wrong with her "revolutionary" chest. As a result, Saito was "made" to grab her breasts... at the same moment Louise and Siesta arrived to check up on him.
- After days and days of torture, Saito was fed up at Louise for punishing him for something he wasn't at fault for, and left. After leaving Louise, however, Saito notices everyone else in his knight brigade has found love (even the chubby Malicorn). Depressed, Saito withdrew into his own world.
- Seeing the depressed Saito, Guiche and the rest of the knights came up with a plan to cheer him up: set up a peep show into the female bath! After an elaborate set up and operation, the guys managed to circumvent the various defences around the female bath.
Meanwhile, the female cast bathed in the bath. Louise talked to Tiffania, where she revealed that she was the one who asked Saito to touch her chest, and that Louise misunderstood Saito after all.
As Saito and everyone looked through the peepholes, Saito notices Louise was about to stand up, and in his unconscious effort to protect her, er, purity, he yelled out at the other guys to not look. As a result, the girls were made alert of the peeping toms, and a manhunt began.
- Just as Saito was about to be discovered, he was saved by Tabitha... who is naked as she didn't have time to put cloths before helping him. As the two hid in the shadows of a pillar, Tabitha passed out as a result of a minor incident due to her fear of ghosts. Immediately after that, Louise finds Saito (but doesn't see the naked Tabitha behind him), and apologized for her misunderstanding. The two makes up... until Tabitha wakes up and hugs Saito tightly in a semi-conscious daze.
- Saito gets pulverized.
- The final part of the volume talks about Jessica lending Siesta a "love potion" from the black market. Siesta didn't want to use it, but decides to make her moves in her one free day with Saito.
- During the night, Siesta makes (was made by her friends to make) various advancements on Saito, while Saito trys his best to resist as Louise is flying past the window periodically on surveillance.
- In an incident, Siesta drops the potion outside the window, where Montmorecy accidently ingested the potion. The potion, besides the "falling in love with the first person you see" effect, also had a bad side effect of being "contagious" - that is, the person who ingests the potion can pass on the effect by kissing the another person.
- As a result, Montmorency sees Louise and immediately falls in love with her, after the two kissed, Louise succumbs to the effect of the potion, sees Kirche, and immediately falls in love with her, who then falls in love with Tabitha, who then....
- Fortunately(?), the potion was a poorly made street drug, so its effects wore off quickly. In the end, Siesta and Louise sits down and exchanges a drink while renewing their vow of friendship... until they realized the bottle they drank out of was the potion...
- Saito wakes up after being knocked unconscious (he tends to do that) and sees....

Happy end
