Nahoko Hasegawa, who wrote the script for Oh My Goddess, Tenchi Muyo, and composed Hidamari Sketch.

I have never seen any of those shows (but at least I've heard of them, unlike Yuji Kawahara's works); does anybody know if this person is "good?"
