Here's what's different from what I can see..
Shion: Big boobs.
Mion: Big boobs.
Rika: Bangs are very straight.
Rena: Smaller hat. Straighter hair (less like flippers). Hardly has a cowlick in bangs. Dress is cut differently. Socks/boots may or may not be different (can't remember with that one).
Satoko: Hair is slightly longer. Shorts are some kind of awkward.
Hanyuu: Very straight hair. No boobs.
