Privaron literally translates to "deprived." Since the Privaron Espada are composed of former Espada it wouldn't be too far off to guess "privaron" means "previous" or the like. In this case, even if "privaron" did translate to "previous," it's the name of a section of Aizen's army, not just a title, that Nel isn't a part of. So she still wouldn't be called a Privaron Espada in this case. Get what I'm trying to say? I haven't slept and it's nearly 9 A.M. so forgive me lack of explanation ability.

What I'm trying to say is it'd be correct to say (if "privaron meant "previous") "Nel is a privaron Espada." It'd be incorrect to say "Nel is a Privaron Espada."
