I don't think so. This is how i think they are going to arrange the episode and what Novel their are based on.

Vol 1: Ep1-6

Vol 2: Ep6-9

Vol 3: Ep10-15

Vol 4: Ep16-18

Vol 5: Ep19-24

If theirs going to be a hot springs episode it's either in Vol 4 or an ova.
