Changing the font for the entire forum is specified in A. of the list in the first post.

If you only wish to change the font in posts.
Custom Typeface [post-only]
Changes the typeface only for posts. You may use values such as sans-serif or serif to specify that the browser/system default should be used.

Example
Before: "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog"
After: "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog"
Code:
/* === Custom Typeface [post-only] === */
body table[class="tborder"] tr[valign="top"] td[class="alt1"]
{ font-family: 'Arial Black' !important; }
For your second question,
Code-Tag Custom Typeface
Changes the typeface used in [code] tags. You may use values such as sans-serif or serif to specify that the browser/system default should be used.

Example
Before:
Code:
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog
After:
Code:
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog
Code:
/* === Code-Tag Custom Typeface === */
body table[class="tborder"] tr[valign="top"] td[class="alt1"] pre[class="alt2"][dir="ltr"]
{ font-family: 'Arial Black' !important; font-size: x-small; line-height: 1; }
Example font sizes: x-small, small, large, x-large, 12pt, 12pc, 12px, 12ex, 12em, 12%. (the last three are relative)
