That sound rather difficult to get around...since the undead are pretty much the entire plot of the expansion to one extent or another. And Icecrown is full of them...big ones too.
Add to this other things that could be called "negative content"...yeah, it is doomed without some sort of waiver.
Bright side...maybe this will remove the "Chinese gold farmers" from the system.
