Out of the above, I prefer the first, something doesn't look right with the rest. Maybe you could try adding a texture or two to the background to make it look a bit more interesting, Belladonna has a few I think might fit.
Also, what program are you using? I think I know why your text always turns out pixely, and how to fix it, but I'll need to know what you're using to be sure.

''paper eating girl'' sig are more like my everyday sig than SOTM sig so it's maybe a good thing. For the texture thing, I really don't know what my program (
Adobe Photoshop Element7) can do for this.
Honestly I don't know yet if I will keep going on one of those way. I might try to go toward キノの旅, there is alot of tought peoples
