Godly animation. Godly art. Godly voice-acting. Hayami Saori is definitely the next Kawasumi Ayako. At least. As in her best singing, she can run a string of nuances through any sentence.

And the voices of the other main characters were also excellent: Kimura Ryouhei as the guy, Tamagawa Sakiko as the voice on the phone, Miyauchi Atsushi as the guy in the car. I think Hayamin is learning acting from these people.

And half the cast of this first episode appears to actually be American, so their English should be pretty good, lol.　Hayamin's one English sentence was pretty good, too.

Thanks to Renegade334 for that 2channel real-time thread. Lots of praise for the show, but also a lot of talk about the nudity (as we saw in the preview).

One 2ch poster called the show: "Code Penis -- Johnny of the Revolution."

One of the bits of animation that floored me was when she was starting to run after him and got fouled up with her suitcase. Really outstanding drawing and animation there, I thought.

Saki's insouciance in giving him her coat and then leaving her suitcase behind were a little extreme, but not beyond the bounds of possibility. Saki is in a special place, having graduated from college but not yet having started working. She is free and ready for her prince -- and anything else that may come along. She may be drawn on the young side, but she has the strength and irresponsibility of some actual 22-year-olds.

As for the bag. leaving a bag behind on the street is something I wouldn't do in the US, but in Japan it would probably be there hours later if you went back, at least in most places.

Loved the OP and ED. Here's hoping the promise and pace of this first episode continue. I have found Production IG shows like Seirei no Moribito and Real Drive kind of slow. I hope this one is different.
