Kei actually look really good, though I've seen neither of those animes.
Thought I'd include a recent one. Senjogahara (I hope I'm not butchering her name) has such an air of beauty to her. I guess I just dig strong women, I find her charm irresistible.
A few of my favorite Fate-Stay Night girls thrown in too, for good measure.
