That's what I'm guessing, Baby B gets so attached, and drawed out so much demonic power/Oga is so suited that he drawed out so much demonic power -> putting a strain on the baby, hence Hilda has to find a temporary substitute (Toujou), when having consultants teach Oga the right way to go.
Or Oga may already force himself onto Hilda
