The OP is much better now. Though... I don't see why they had to cut Genji, Kumasawa, Gohda, and Nanjo from it completely when they still had a plethora of ways to put them into it. Also, the use of all of those still images still bothers me a bit. I mean, it goes from still images and the same animation to EVA-BEATRICE!! BEATO VS VIRGILIA!! ANGE!!... back to the same animation we already knew. It's as if it rises and falls in animation/sequence quality throughout the entirety of the OP... which I find a little odd.
If they put the new characters and scenes in different spots and varied the animation a bit, it might not feel as weird to me. But we only get like a still image of the Siestas and Stakes, and Ronove with some special effects. Then they just group all of the adults at the same time to get them out of the way. So it feels like all of the most epic moments of the OP are in one spot, while the rest consists of the same exact things with minor differences and new things.
Though, the scene with Lambda and Bern is nice, not too much to complain about there.
Overall I like the new OP! (Yeah I know... I had to say a lot about it, but that doesn't mean that I hated it or anything)
