Okay so in Episode 2 Battler submits to Beatrice and then she makes him her bitch. Seeing this in the anime made me realize that I don't remember this scene AT ALL. Does this scene even happen in the VN? Or is it just mentioned slightly. I honestly can't remember :/

Yes, that scene also happens in the Visual Novel, and it's touched upon a bit more as well.
