Haibane Renmei is excellent and is missing from your list. The first half is fairly slice of lifeish, second half is introspective/dealing with feelings of guilt.
I'd recommend
Kara no Kyoukai if you feel like watching supernatural/action. The main protagonist is a refreshing break from normal heroes.
