Alright, we figured out what was the problem regarding the save state.
Please download this updated nscript and overwrite the old one.

This should fix the music check and also the save state issue.
Links of the full patch packages are being updated right now (RS one is done, but MF is acting extremely slowly right now)
If anyone has lost a lot of progress due to a bad save, feel free to use this file to unlock the chapter select:

You just have to add this file in the patch folder.
If you still have issues with Ep5 patch after this update, please report it on this thread with as much details as possible.
