I forgot to note that before she dealt the final blow to Nanoha, she DID say sorry.
But Nanoha still bleeds, so Fate is still crueler than her TV version counterpart if any.

The bridge scene remained the same. If there are any changes, maybe the animation and the camera angle.
Hence I did not note anything significant.

Yes it's still there.
The changes :
- Precia holds a staff instead this time. Whether she used it or not I don't remember much anymore.
- Arf's iris eye changed when she tore apart Precia's barrier.
The result of the fight however did not change
