You beat me to it. The only thing that picture suggests is that Kabuto actually thought he was a guy named Tobi, and he probably didn't know a thing about Madara.
According to the next picture however he does have intel on Madara, and it's important enough that he can blackmail him with it. Personally I assume he got this knowledge from Orochimaru, but even then it's a stretch.
